Crackers

½ x cup almond flour

½ x cup pumpkin seeds

½ x cup sunflower seeds

¼ x cup chia seeds

¼ x cup flax seeds

¼ x cup hemp seeds

¼ x cup sesame seeds

1 x cup water

2 x TBSP olive oil


1 x sprinkle of rosemary

1 x sprinkle of thyme

Herbs of choice 

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit or 150 degrees celsius

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix, let it settle for five minutes

  3. Spread onto a lined pan and bake for 55 mins to 1 hour depending on the thickness of the mixture.

  4. Remove from the oven, break up the crackers and return to the cooling oven for another 10-15 minutes to bake further.
