Hemp seed and red cabbage slaw 

½ x carrot

½ x cup kale

1 x cup red cabbage

½ x cup coriander

⅓  x lemon

1 x TBSP EVOO

½ x red onion

1 x TBSP hemp seeds

Pepper to taste

  1. Shred the cabbage, chop the carrots, kale, coriander and slice the red onion.

  2. Place in a bowl and squeeze lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil over the top.

  3. Top with hemp seeds and pepper to taste!
